Sponsorship / Scholarship Program!

This Program is a community driven initiative seeded by individuals and local business owners in Pittsburgh, PA who have approached us wanting to help children, families, and caregivers to be able to have more access to our programming. We're super happy to facilitate this Program and humbled to have this kind of trusted relationship with the folks who support our Studio. As we are a small business, it really makes sense to add this additional piece to our operations, and we hope that we can make a difference together.

How it Works :

Individuals, Sole Proprietors, Businesses, and Organizations can become Sponsors, contributing financially to the Sponsorship Scholarship Program at Dot and Line Art Studio LLC, by initiating one or more of the Sponsorship options located on this webpage below. These contributions will be allocated exclusively towards creating Scholarships for Children, Caregivers, Families, and Adults who apply for financial assistance. Scholarships will offset costs of Tuition for Classes, Workshops, and Camps at our Studio. Sponsors may financially contribute one-time, or recurring, at their discretion.

Please be aware, that since our business is structured as a for-profit LLC, a Sponsor's Contributions are not tax deductible and considered "gifts" by the IRS. However, if you are a Business, Sole Proprietor, or Organization, in exchange for your Sponsorship, we will recognize and advertise your organization on our Sponsorship Page, Social Media, and in our Newsletters with an image of your business logo and link to your website, services, or digital handle. 

In this way, you may claim your Sponsorship Contribution as an "Advertising Expense." For Individuals or Families wishing to become a Sponsor, you may opt-in to be recognized on our Sponsorship page as well, or remain Anonymous. For Individuals or Families who become a Sponsor, you will unlock tiered discounts towards your next Class or Camp Registration with us (details below).  Also, all Sponsors will be invited to an exclusive "Thank You" event at our studio in Fall, 2025.

When Sponsors choose to contribute to a Sponsorship from our list of options below, they will then be prompted to share their business information, website link, .jpg file for logo, and choose how they would like to be recognized. They will then receive a receipt of their Sponsorship amount for their records.

How do I Receive a Scholarship?

Individuals, Caregivers, and Families who are in need of Financial Assistance for partial or full tuition costs are encouraged to apply to receive a Scholarship. Please start this process by clicking on the big yellow button below. We will then review your application and respond with an email or phone call to discuss options.

We highly recommend that you complete your Scholarship application on a computer and not via phone.

We are happy to create this program to benefit as many recipients as possible in whatever financially challenging situation they may be in. Please be aware that there may be a waitlist or waiting period while we secure additional Sponsorship Scholarship funds. Scholarships will be issued on a first come, first served basis until funds are depleted.

Please note: Scholarship Funds are limited to the amount of Sponsorship Contributions that we receive.

As long as these funds are available, we will issue Scholarships.

We believe that everyone, regardless of age, ability, or background, should have the opportunity to learn and explore through the visual arts. We aim for our Sponsorship / Scholarship Program to support this mission.
